We are your vacation services and supplies provider in the beautiful coastal community of Newport Beach, California. We are located in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula in the center of Orange County's prime beach cities. Bungalow Basics offers professional linen services comparable to many Four-star hotels. We launder, inspect and deliver over 15,000 sheet sets and 25,000 towel sets every year. That's more than 100,000 pounds or 50 tons. That's a lot of laundry! Travel with the comfort and convenience of fresh linens, towels, and beach equipment.

1. Individual guests and tenants visiting the Balboa Peninsula, West Newport and Balboa Island.

(Guest must be staying with Burr White Realty, Newport Beach Vacation Properties, White Sail Realty, or Abrams Coastal Properties)

2. VRBO homeowners who would like to eliminate the hassle of doing weekly laundry: Please contact us for volume discounts and summer/annual contract pricing.

3. Local property management companies. Please contact us about handling linen service for your guests with our annual contract volume pricing. (Our pricing can't be beat)

1. Bungalow Basics hand inspects every item that goes out to insure quality. If there are any defects, please don't hesitate to call.

2. Please include your Reservation #, Address of property reserved, and the Dates of your stay with your order.

• Please do not use bath towels as beach towels.
• Please do not order extra towels to use as rags.
• Any damaged or destroyed towels or sheets will be charged against your security deposit.
• Any damaged or destroyed rental items will be charged to your credit card.
• (Please provide VACATION RENTAL property address in "NOTES" at checkout) Thank you.

1. We are not open to the public, this is a courtesy for the companies named above only.
2. The prices on our website are PER STAY. (yes they are that inexpensive)
3. We don’t offer anything that you don't see on the website.
4. If we get the order timely, the items will be put in the unit BEFORE guest arrival.
5. Guest is to leave the items in the unit and we will pick up AFTER their departure.
6. We DO NOT DELIVER AFTER HOURS (6 PM) or on Sundays
